HOW TO APPLY FOR A PMSLAPS BLACKBOOK

Artists - Please complete the following form

Artist must submit 2 photos of BLACKBOOK sketches by Sept 1st.  to be included in the upcoming Issue of PMSLAPS featuring all of the Black Books.  

PMSLAPS BLACKBOOKS will be provide to the 1st 100 who apply and can pickup their BLACKBOOK in person
